Back-to-School Ice-Cream Sundae Party

Description

Enjoy one last hurrah before summer officially ends and give your student(s) a delicious opportunity to practice their money skills as well! Have an ice-cream sundae party but make it an educational experience for your 1^st-3^rd grader by “charging” them for their treat! Use the customizable menu template to create a list of options for your sundae ingredients…each with an assigned price. Then, using money (fake or real), have them “pay” for their order. They will need to add up the total of all their ingredients, using the provided worksheet, and present you with the correct amount of money before enjoying their treat! This resource can be adapted to best accommodate the skill level(s) of your student(s).
