Description
This resource is a fun way to teach point of view while celebrating the Fall season at the same time! Writing from the first person can be very stretching for students when they are writing about something other than themselves! It’s often difficult to put themselves in someone else’s shoes, and even more difficult when the “someone” is a “something.” Hopefully this activity explain clearly what point of view is and will make it easier for them to emulate that style in their own writing. Although this activity can be modified to fit any grade level, it is. most effective with 2nd and 3rd graders.
